mytimemark (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a personal life event tracker that helps you remember when things last happened. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
  • Event data: the events, categories, tags, notes, and dates you create inside the app.
  • Device information: device type and operating system version, used to send push notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the mytimemark service.
  • To send reminder push notifications you configure.
  • To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enforced. Only you can read or write your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Delete specific data: you can delete individual events, tags, and reminders directly inside the app at any time.
  • Delete all your data: to request deletion of all data associated with your account (events, tags, reminders, categories, and account information), email us at support@chromedesigns.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
  • Delete your account: account deletion removes all associated data immediately and cannot be undone.

Note: some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

6. Children's Privacy

mytimemark is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
